Sales Executive Job Description

American Wind Capital was formed for the purpose of purchasing long-term royalty payments from property owners who receive royalty income from wind and renewable power projects in the United States. The company is now accepting applications from development or sales professionals who have experience working with landowners to negotiate wind or other land use agreements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on real estate and other development-related transactions.

Job Requirements

• Extensive experience working with wind energy easements or leases.
• Successful track record of performance in wind development or related fields.
• Exemplary customer relations skills; strong communications and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Aggressive self starter.
• Willingness to travel extensively and manage a defined territory and network of land agents.
• Energy industry knowledge required; financial modeling, and advanced computer skills strongly recommended.
